Scott Zirbel is the Managing Director at Riverbend Capital Partners LLC. Scott has worked at small, medium and large organizations in various leadership capacities with an emphasis in strategy, sales, marketing, business development, technology, product management and operations. Over the past thirteen years, he has had the pleasure of serving as the President and Co-Founder of Synergy Services. During this time Synergy grew from an early stage start up in to a $150 million dollar industry leader in the category of Contingent Workforce Management.
With the primary goal of creating a sustainable growth company, Synergy was able to achieve a 45% compound annual growth rate, consistent profitability and a 74% internal rate of return to investors over a 13 year period.
